Shipping Information:
All orders are shipped UPS. Once an order has been submitted, you will receive an order number. Retain this number, as it will be required for tracking as well as returns on ordered items. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of the order placement. In the unlikely event we cannot ship your order expediently, we will notify you via telephone and/or email, provided we have your correct information. We ship to the 48 contiguous states. Contact us for shipping to Hawaii or Alaska. International shipping is currently unavailable.
Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air shipping may be available upon request. Ask our Customer Service department for available options and shipping times. Express shipping rates are based on the actual weight of the order, so we will not know the exact charges until your order is prepared for shipment. Charges for express shipping will be added to the total of your order prior to billing.
IMPORTANT: If an incorrect billing address is provided, there will be a $5.00 charge to cover the address correction. If a package exceeds the maximum width and girth measurements accepted by UPS, there will be an additional $6.00 charge
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Stock merchandise may be returned if an error is made in shipping or the goods are defective. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without prior written permission. Returned goods must be accompanied by a Return Material Authorization nubmer, which will be issued when the return is authorized. No merchandise over 30 days old will be considered for return. Returns for other than defects or shipping errors are charged a 25% restocking charge. Cut yardage of trim will not be accepted for return. If a package is refused by the customer, the customer will be charged our UPS standard rate for the method of shipment used to return the package back to our warehouse.
Refunds cover the original purchase price, less the shipping costs. We do not refund shipping charges. If the return is a result of an error on our part, the customer is exempt from paying the original and return shipping costs. The item returned must be in its original condition in order for us to accept and process your return.

Any packaged item must be returned in its original packaging. Unless due to our error, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. It is very important that you record your shipping number so the package can be tracked during transit. We are not responsible for returned products that we do not receive. Freight will be deducted from your refund if an order that received free original shipping is returned. Package your items as they were packaged when you received them. Include a copy of the receipt that you printed when you finalized your order. If you are returning one item from a multiple-item order, you may mail us a copy and retain the original for your records. If a portion of a free shipping order is returned, only the original shipping for the portion will be deducted from your refund if the remaining (kept) portion of the order would have still been eligible for free shipping. If the returned portion causes the remaining portion of the original order to be unqualified for free shipping, the full original shipping will be deducted from your refund. A copy of your original order or receipt must be included in the return package. Please include the reason you are returning the item so that we can better serve you in the future. Mail us the package, and when we receive and process the return, we will credit your card with the original purchase price, minus the 25% restocking fee.

Do I have to pay sales tax? No sales tax when shipping outside the state of Alabama. Alabama residents pay 4% state sales tax. Baldwin County residents pay 6% sales tax.
Are samples available for trims or fabrics? Samples are available for purhase on our website for $1.50 each. All samples are mailed via USPS.
